An Education Immersive 360 Video Experience
This video is meant to be viewed inside a VR headset or 360 video viewer such as google cardboard. That isnt possible on this site, but I still wanted to share some of the work here. I imagine if I personally sent you the link and you already understand all this, and no explanation is needed :)
To create the renders, I set up a rig in Cinema 4D that had 8 carefully places cameras. I then rendered the view from each camera and brought them into After Affects.

Once in After Effects I laid out all 8 exports into this cubemap configuration, and used their somewhat new, built in, 360 video converter to create the final export of a 4k equirectangular video.
A Couple of Reference Photos Used for Creation of Assets
The following videos are in the equirectangular format which when loaded into a headset allows you to turn your head and look anywhere in the 360 video. That capability is not available on this site as of now.
